Starting March 28th and for a period of approximately three and a half months, CNEDOGE will be carrying out renovations to its facilities, which may impact the services it offers through GE Embassies abroad.

We no longer accept cash payments for our services. When booking a service, please make your secure payment online using our trusted third-party payment providers or mail us a money order.

After submitting your application for any of our services, you must print the completed form and mail it to us along with a prepaid return envelope from any major courier service. Alternatively, you may choose to drop off and pick up your documents in person.

The two-year extension of non-biometric passports (older versions) is being discontinued. We kindly request all compatriots to transition to the new biometric passport as soon as possible.

Please note that the EG Visa Online system is a completely separate and independent process from the services offered at the Embassy. We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding the EG Visa Online process.
COURIER SERVICES (RETURN ENVELOPE)

This Embassy uses delivery services from the country's leading and international courier companies to carry out its official business: FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL.
​
A return envelope is a service provided by courier companies such as FedEx or UPS, which allows you to include a prepaid envelope or label inside the original shipment. This makes it easier for the recipient, in this case this consular section, to return documents or items quickly, easily, and securely, using the information you have filled out, thus minimizing the possibility of lost documents or deliveries to the wrong address. This service is ideal for those who need to send us a passport to receive a visa or send us original documents that need to be legalized and then returned.

In some instances, depending on the consular service you request and the delivery method you choose, we will simply require you to upload a shipping label from your chosen courier company in PDF format to the relevant form. We will print this label and use it to send you the requested document, such as laissez-passer.
