EMBASSY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EQUATORIAL GUINEA IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

Citizens of Equatorial Guinea who are located in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Belize, and El Salvador MUST register in order to qualify Consular Services.

To register, please fill out the form provided down below and upload the following REQUIRED documents:

• Copy of passport or Identification Card

• 1 ID sized photo

• Signature in blank paper scanned

• For minors, please provide copy of birth certificate

A $50 fee will be collected IN PERSON during your passport appointment.

IF you are not applying for a passport, please send your payment in the form of Money Order or Cashier Check via traditional mail to the Embassy with a Return label included for us to ship your consular ID card.
